Speedometer
After swapping my entire suspension with a 1" drop, 16-15"wheels with larger tires, new axle, drums to PBR brakes, ls1 driveshaft I know my speedo is going to be off, is there a quick fix or is it easier to bring it to a shop for calibration?

Re: Speedometer
I know
Suspension height, drive shaft material, brake design, and so on, have NO effect on it. Tire OD will affect it ( ACTUAL MEASURED OD - not wheel size, and not "trade size" "calculated" OD) and gear ratio; all the rest of that is irrelevant.
NO you don't have to take out the trans and "crack it open". Changing the gears is as easy as changing the oil, maybe easier. No... make that DEFINITELY easier. Go here http://www.transmissioncenter.net/sp...n_______va.htm Sorry it's so hard to find stuff on that site, the page design (or rather, lack of it) isn't MY idea.
