Replacing my exhast

It was very fun, I had the back of the car about a foot in the air. Broke every bolt and smash a hole about the size of a fist in the old muffler. I can't what to get my dynomax catback for it. and i need to get some por-15 for the axles and the rear sway bar.

If you do a search, I give the easiest way to install a one piece intermediate pipe... I guess look for Dynomax and install ...

I doubt I still have my original Firebird muffler, currently installed on the car.
But my exhaust system installed in 1992 is going fine on my Blazer.
I feel for you guys back east.
Why not just use a sawz-all??
Money/effort saved, buy/borrow the tool!
Do you guys paint your pipes before installing?
A heat/rust paint?

Ked's right; that's what I did. Except, I don't have a sawzall, and had no air tools back then- I used a regular 'ol hacksaw. Although, if you do it the way I wrote about, the old pipe just pulls out of the back of the car; no twisting/bending/anything, so easy. The new one goes in just as easy.

i just took a hacksaw like tom and cut it at the few bends so i could take it right off, then to put in the dynomax i had to take one heatshield off near the passenger side wheel. then it was simple after that
