Vote #2 for Seafoam.
How many miles?
If over 100k, and they've not been done lately, I'd do water pump and timing chain

Nope, but you should be able to pass sniff test - it's the visual test that they will fail you on (I only know of CA that does visual - talk about F'ING STUPID - as long as you pass the sniff test, that's all that counts!!)

timing chain and water pump
Im gonna hold off on the timing chain because im getting a comp high energy cam kit that comes with one. Is there any high performance water pumps for our car or better than stock ones i should look for. Also i got some stp fuel treatment is that basically the same thing as techron and seafoam? When i run the fuel treatment should i run it on a full tank of 93 octane or 87?

seafoam you put in through a vacuum line and it cleans the whole motor. STP stuff cleans injectors and that's it. I do both. If they had a 55gal drum of seafoam I'd be first in line to buy it.

You should also-
1. check/adjust the timing (spec is 10 degrees advanced)
2. get rid of the Fram filter and put either Purolator or AC (Fram is cheaply made, do a google search- I used to use Fram until I saw what those filters were made of)
3. check/adjust the TV cable for the trans (see thirdgen.org's tech area, off of the main thirdgen.org page, look for the article "kickdown cable" - but the TV cable is NOT a kickdown cable, the article is mis-named)
4. it's colder now, check your tire pressure if you haven't done that yet this winter
5. Lube job with synthetic grease
6. While you're cleaning the IAC, also clean out the throttle body.
No high-performance water pumps, you could build up a remote-mount Meziere pump (streetable electric pumps) if you have an extra $200 lying around. Our water pump is an odd shape, so nobody makes a bolt-in hi-flow one.
I prefer the STP Gas Treatment (I even mention it in my tuneup post), that $1.00 bottle seems to do the most for my car compared to the higher $$ stuff. Put it in with whatever gasoline you normally use- but I'd stick to name brand gas.. like Sunoco or Exxon/Mobile or BP/Amoco or etc... avoid the super-cheap gas places.

id have to say a brake fluid flush and power steering flush as well. ive worked at a few places that do those, ive done them on mine, the (old) power steering pump had a lil noise to it, flushed it out and BAM, noise was gone. brake fluid flush was another good move. it slowly gets moisture in it over the years and moisture is not good for brake fluid. and besides, theyre all oils, theyre gonna break down, look at the brake and power steering fluid in your car, and look at what comes out of a new bottle of each, right there is enough reason to change them.

Nope, tom meant oil.
Here's a copy of the article: http://minimopar.knizefamily.net/oilfilterstudy.html He had to pull down the Fram page because they threatened to sue him, but basically, the Fram isn't as well made as AC or Purolator.
I only use AC or Purolator filters for oil, trans fluid, & gas.
