I have a line coming from the intake manifold area and I can’t seem to find where it’s supposed to go into. Any ideas?
It goes to the coolant bypass right below it. The hose on the bypass is not right
The vacuum hose (small one) off the "T" on the back side of the intake is dry rotted. You should replace the section between the T and the vacuum check valve
It originates here from the fuel pressure regulator and then it split the line one goes to near where it was wrongly put on and then the other goes into the throttle body shown in the second pic
The fuel pressure regulator should be hooked to manifold vacuum. So if you just unhook the current bypass vacuum hose you'll have a vacuum leak. You need to fix all of this or the car will run really poor
It's already running rough, idles fine but give it gas and it dies. I've checked everything else so i believe its this unplugged line messing me up, Where in the manifold vaccum does this need to be plugged in at because I do not see anywhere else to plug it in that's not in use

Wow, yeah, that's a mess yo. Get ahold of the vacuum diagram and start from scratch, someone has been meddling. The single nipple on the back of the intake goes to the MAP sensor. The other goes to the 3 way check valve, the other two on the 3-way go to the vacuum ball/cruise control, and the HVAC tube through the firewall. The other HVAC line from the firewall goes to the coolant bypass valve. The vacuum line from the back of the throttle body goes to the fuel pressure regulator and oddly enough on the 3.1 it goes to the smog pump.
Get the diagram, and it's all fairly straight forward.

Following this diagram, you need to connect ALL of the vacuum lines the diagram shows before you can begin trying to figure out why it dies when you give it gas
Ok so all the vacuums line are on correctly, It doesn't die in park but still does in gear but now I've got black spots on my driveway and smoke from my exhaust so I'm still lost, I've replaced plugs the map and the fuel pressure regulator, I'm gonna try a new coolant temp sensor Thursday, I still think its annoying that it ran fine until the heater core sprung a leak and now it wants to act up
