Me too! I love my formula wheels!!

 

I've always liked my wheels, but would like to try a 17" version with 45 series sidewalls (and then lower the car a good 2" as well).

 

 

This is not my car but the combo looks AWESOME to me

 

Must see on car. Those look nice. I gotta get rid of my flush looking 10spoke for a nice deepdish looking mesh style.

 

Any know what wheels these are? Or did it already say & I missed it?

 

I think you missed it. Wheels made by trueforged. Model isChicane. I think from research the 295/30r18 tire or close to it rims are 18x10.5. Fronts are 18x8.5? Not sure about tire

 

Thanks for the information. I just found some wheels that are real similar made by Privat that are much more affordable!

 

Budnik makes a wheel called Chicane. Is Trueforged and Budnik the same?

OK im going to try and fit a set of c6 corvette Grand Sport wheels 18X9.5 FRONT AND 19X12 REAR. some one that has done the z06 zr1 and other wide wheels how much am i going to have to cut to make them fit? i have the 2 in spacers ordered

 

thats how you do it. getting the legit American racing irocs instead of those knock offs that start to die after a year

 

I like my toque thrust m's. I found them on a fourth gen firebird in a junkyard, and I bought the wheels and tires for 300. I think I got a pretty good deal.

18x9 up front 35mm offset, purchased 1.25" spacer, 18x10.5 in the rear with 20mm offset, does not require spacer.

 

Here's my 1985 Z28... US mag wheels, 225/50zr17 front and 275/40zr18 on the rear.. I like the stance

 

My new wheels shopped how they will look sort of. Shopped wheels have stupid low sidewall tires. I'lkl have a lot more sidewall, wheels are 19s. These look more like 20s

 

those rims are sharp dude!

 

those wheels look killer! iv always favored and been a big fan of deep dish rims, but if i were to go the opposite way, those would be the wheel of choice. that rear wheel just looks sick how deep it actualy goes with the spokes steadily bowing out to the edge. iv seen certian lambos factory wheels pull in like that.

 

Mine should be even deeper than those, an ET of 15 instead of 20 or 45.

I wanted this look without the insane price tag



The other choise was a set of Vertini Magic Concave wheels but they say "vertini concave" on the rim and it's machined on the black wheels. It's hideous

295/35/18 on the rear, I have 1 picture of it on the car but unfortunately I don't have the correct lug nuts to bolt it properly on the car. Also, I need to replace the spring on that side because it sags so much more than the other side. Will just do all 4 springs and shocks/struts while I am there.

my sister had em on her 92 RS i have them on mine tho i wish i had skinnies...there super simple but my FAVORITE rim for 3rd gen Weld Prostars(just like draglites are the only rim i like on foxbodys)

hey I just buy the same corvette wheels I need some help, what spacer size do i need?

 

Are those 11's on the rear? And do you ever rub on the fender lip in hard cornering?

 

they are 18x11. i havent done much hard cornering, but they haven rubbed. they rubbed on a bad dip by the house, but i was going a little too fast. they havent rubbed on straight line launches

 

I've been eyeing these up with the hyperblack centers, sharp looking wheels. Curious what tire/spacer combo you're running. I was looking at the 18x10.5 w/ 295/35's on the rear & 18x8.5's up front (unsure of front size)...that what you're running? Pics on car plz!

 

Those are the rears and I have 295/35's on them...up front with the 18x9 wheel I will be putting 275/35's. I have not tested the front spacer I purchased for it, but I went with 1.25".

 

Michelin Pilot HX MXM4 255/45s on 17" Ansen Sprints

 

Those Trueforged wheels... I'm speaking with them about getting a set. Anyone have a guess on the offset on those? The Trueforged are pricy so I would like to see some other options as far as used stuff. kthx!
