Aluminum heads, Corvette 113

completely redone 113 heads. new valves, new springs, retainers, etc, etc. 3 angle cut. bead blasted. still in the plastic bags from the machine shop. They were NOT ported and polished. D ports. angle plugs.

$700

I need money to clean up my property from the hurricane. My fence got destroyed, I have 2 big trees down. I have to hire a tree company.

No REASONABLE offer will be refused.

shipping from 11757, please use UPS.com to look up freight, around 50 lbs.

Re: Aluminum heads, Corvette 113

I do not have the specs on the valves and springs. and they were not surfaced, as the machine shop says there was no need. they are within spec, as per a very reputable machine shop on Long Island.

If you have money, I am listening to all REASONABLE offers.

Re: Aluminum heads, Corvette 113

I would not use them.. they are pitted pretty good from detonation for that price they should be re-surfaced ready to bolt on

Re: Aluminum heads, Corvette 113

#1) they are ready to be bolted on.
#2) they are NOT pitted from detonation.
#3) they were re-done by the best machine shop on Long Island.
#4) there is no reason to be an a-hole and ruin my F/S thread. If your not interested, stay the F out of my thread. plain and simple.

What's the max lift they're set up for? What are the spring rates/what springs do they have?

Re: Aluminum heads, Corvette 113

Totally OT and I don't know how much it will help you but I figured I would throw it out there. I had a tree down and I got a quote of $700 to haul it off. What I did instead was put up a "free cut your own firewood" ad on Craigslist and put "cut at your own risk" in it as a disclaimer. That being said I had 2 or 3 people within an hour that wanted my tree for fire wood. It saved me a ton of bank doing it that way. If you can burn just go buy a saw and make a fire pile if it's not green, that will save you a ton of $ as well.
