Yeah I know there's coolant in the oil. The paint sucks has chips galore and is faded to charcoal (was black). If I get a 350 I'll get a hotter cam than the lt4 (its not the LT4 "hot"cam).

Now the throttle response sucks!! If I get heavy footed then
the car bogs for five seconds and still doesn't accelerate the way it used...

I've been having the same problem. I just drained my coolant and put in a 180 degree thermostat (and found out I didn't have one at all) and after I'll floor it and the tach will go up to 5000 rpm's...

They ran 14.2 on unported vette heads and a nearly stock suspension and tbi unit on an engine producing only 260ish horsepower. I wish I could do that!!!!!
