depends on where your doing the work? if you have a booth or not, how humid is it, temp is not that big an issue, humidity is the one to watch, the dryer the better.

well yes you need to wet sand the clear and reclear the car if there is lots of thin spots, as for using an airbrush to shoot pearl paint, well sadly it usualy doesnt let the pearl lay the same as...
