I came back to this thread today to ask that very question. I've done a little reading on the subject, and determined that it wouldn't be too much issue to remove it - I never had to worry about...

Ahh, I see - I guess that's why I didn't know what it was...I've never had to replace one!

Idling high (at times) plus something new...

My car is an '86 305 LG4 and it has always had an issue with idling high at random times (as though something is 'sticking', because if I tap the gas it will 'free' it and the idle will come back...

as others mentioned, it will bolt right up assuming you had the 3 piece spoiler to being with. The pieces themselves will need some care however to fit and appear 'correct' as they come from a mold...

I went with appearance....

Although it has a 305 that is still fun to drive, obviously a much bigger, stronger engine would have been a fun route to go...but how often can you lay down some rubber...

I bought mine through fbodymotorsports (vender)...but I'm almost certain that all camaro WS-6 hoods are made by the same company (ASCD)

if not, some of the other guys on here with the hood can...

None really turned out from the backside...the dirt roads left it pretty dusty.


The gfx on the doors are getting pinched...my door hinges are in desperate need of replacement :(

I think if they emblem is going to be off-centered on the x-axis (i.e. to the right), it should also be off centered on the y-axis of the grill....like the lower-right corner.
