I think he was talking about a fuse. it's right next to the battery(drivers side). It actually doesn't look like a fuse at all, it's a little black connector that's screwed to the radiator core...

That's true on Turbo Buicks, but the hydro boost system on turbo buicks break down alot, and it cost close to $1000 dollars to buy a replacement or 600 to get a rebuilt unit, so most people swap it...

Or you could relocate ur battery to the trunk/hatch and but the box where the battery use to be, and have an even cleaner engine bay, but in the end it is ur car so whatever floats ur boat...
