my biggest problem with them leaking is at the collector with the y-pipe, my mr gasket copper gaskets seem to seal the flange ok.

Since my car is an 1991 it has one of those speed sensors for the speedo. I am trying to swap 2.73's in my car for 3.42 and understand with a stock 26 inch tire you need a 17 drive gear and a 45...

I had an LO3 with headers, catback, cat, roller rockers, underdrive pullies and a bunch of other stuff and got a best of 15.9 with a 5 speed, good luck driving.

I have a hard enough time getting my LB9 there with mods, my full bolt on LO3 hardly got into the 15's even though spinning was most to blame.

Its LB9 and I did brake stall it as high as possible, but it should have more power with the exhaust, it might help.

That car probably runs 12.9 at best. You got a pretty peppy 305 but uts probably not enough unless he messes up. I would approach anybody with a mid 13 second 305 and say anything to them negative.

Everything is new tune up wise and many sensors have been changed. I run 8 degrees advance timing on premium fuel. It does idle a little funny so I am trying to figure that out, but I need to test my...

Yeah that is a Formula, I am almost positive, like said before you can change a hood in a matter of minutes. I would buy it, it is a beautiful car and like they said why would you clone a LO3...

Uh oh, how common is this issue? Plus your car looks fresh I am sure the motor is as well and that you will not have much rust issues.

High 15's if it is running in its prime, the 5 speeds were a little quicker which is what I had. I think there was a guy on here a long time ago that ran like 15.3-15.4 bone stock in a mint T-5 one.

Well its not the header bolts that I fear (yet) it is the collector bolts they just crossthread and mess up the bolts. I was doing this on my couch lol so I know I am not making it do this myself...

Yeah I saw that I was referring to Ryan, yeah I ran a base 2.2 cobalt in my stepdads base Monte Carlo 3.4 that ran 16.8 and beat the Cobalt from a roll, but not by way too much. You should have it.

Well just got them out of the box and Yes they look great and all but I have a few complaints. First off if you look at the flanges they are not the straightest but do not know if they will seal yet....

Scoot was my favorite but he still seemed like he was a bit arrogant, and the one pothead up there sold a 5.0 to a guy I know and it was the worst built piece of junk, its a shame he has his job...

Well with the mods you seem to have I do not see why you cant beat him, my buddy with his L98 can beat a stock 01 GT and you guys look to be about the same besides he has a carb and you have HSR.

Speed unlimited has always overcharged me and never had third gen specific parts there. Not even a msd cap and rotor set which is universal with alot of chevy's.
