Excellent advice. Another point of inspection for me is the front pinion seal. They can go bad on their own. But they also form a leak on a very hard driven car, usually manual shift cars.

Thanks to this site I was steered in the right direction on my lighting woes. The headlight switch was the culprit on the lighting. All electrical functions ok.

Now to find a V6 auto transmission.

I got it home on the uhaul trailer this evening. I had to back it onto the trailer.

Too bad I gotta get up at 5 am. I'd like to "tinker" with the new ride.

Purple Haze. I bought a v6 RS, 5 speed, brand new back in 92 with this color. Back then I also had the heritage appearance package. Which included silver stripes.

It is a 10 bolt. I believe 89 was the last year for the BW 9 bolt. It has aluminum rear calipers but not the PBR calipers up front. It is my understanding that would be G92 without air conditioning,...

Resealed the t-stat housing. Topped off the cooling. Started up the engine. The new water pump sounds normal now. But the t-stat housing leaks worse now.

Will get a gasket and just pull the throttle body off. Since I've already had it off I shouldn't have to worry about snapping a bolt off. But I can see how easy it would be to get the front bolt...

Remove the throttle body off of the plenum... Didn't think of that. Yes, the engine is warming up correctly now.
