looks really good, check this out, Im running 1 3/4 long tubes also, Dougs. 3" into 4" over the axle into a 4" flowmaster race muffler.

This is what I did this weekend

Custom 3" Y pipe to 4" over the axle, just like mufflex half the price. TH400 trans UMI trans brace crossmember, Dougs long tube headers.

Just rewire it, Its really not that bad. Red from the battery a ground and a switched ignition from the fuse box. Or just hard wire it and shut the deck off when your done.

You have to have another car to drive all year and be able to prove it with a title, I think its like $130 for the hobbyist plates but there good for ever. You also have to send your camaro title in...

In Wisconsin we have HOBBYIST plates, there awesome. Pretty much a do what you want to your car n drive it on the street!!!!!!!!!!

split the pipe b4 it goes into the muffler with a y and dont use any muffler. Just like the loud mouth slp kit

that is an edelbrock strut tower brace for a TBI available from jegs or summit, I have the same one.

i just trimmed mine with a real sharp utility knife, put it in a vise, i took the bracket off so i knew how much to trim. I bought a edelbrock torque arm and had the same problem.

heres my work i progress doing a bmr k member swap a long with a tranny swap 700r4 to a th400. 1 3/4" dougs headers wrapped just waiting on the lower control arms

What line is what on a th400. Is the bottom line pressure out, or is it the top?:confused:

no **** they dont give these parts away. That looks a lot different than the BMR K member, coil overs hell ya. Im keeping the factory struts need room for my headers. This K member is the last thing...

The air dam is a must, ya I had one down there but if its bent back just a little its not deflecting the air into the radiator. I made some metal brackets to help support it back to the foward...

I have a set of dougs full length headers on the car now with the stock k member. I had to dimple (pretty bad) the passenger side header to get it to fit around where the lower a arm bolts to the k...

What is all needed to install a BMR K member. I know you need the k member, lower control arms the motor mounts come with it looks like. Do I need to buy the upper spring mounts that I see on the web...

I said the hell with it and just changed the gauges, a little pricy but damn looks good. A black piece of lexan, some hole saws, and some home work tracing wires. Works no diming of lights no gas...
