Re: TRZ Motorsports Anti roll bar?

oh that one, its pretty cool. It was brought up before, but i dont know anybody using it.

Not a piece to use of the car see's any street use, it can make the rear really loose

Not sure how it would make the rear really loose?

Re: TRZ Motorsports Anti roll bar?

it wont let the rear roll in a turn, like running a massively oversized sway bar, thus making the rear loose

Hello
Thanks for suggesting UMI Performance. We offer a variety of rear drag bars for stock and all aftermarket rears. The link below shows our bar on a 4th gen but they are the same set ups. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

Car: 91 Camaro
Engine: 3.1...not hardly stock
Transmission: 700r4....not stock either
Axle/Gears: 3.73
Re: TRZ Motorsports Anti roll bar?

I would NOT use that on the street! As soon as you go around a corner with much speed at all...the rear end will come around on you in a hurry! I don't know that I'd use it on a drag car, either... Think about it, the body won't roll BUT what does that do to the tires? The right rear will be loaded very hard/heavily and the LR will be light. I would rather have the body roll over a little than load the tires like that. I would think you would want some amount of body roll. But, I don't know all that much about drag setups so maybe somebody with more experience can speak up.

Re: TRZ Motorsports Anti roll bar?

I've tossed 3 of them on cars, good quality piece and works great on the strip and mild street driving, the rest of these opinions on here are crazy, who's taking turns fast with skinnies up front. This isn't a road race bar .
