I wouldn't trust cheap head gaskets...but valve cover gaskets, hell, those are easy.....sounds like a good deal to me.

Trust me I would not run a cheap anything..The difference here is that your not paying to have MR gasket imprinted on them... Stainless stell with RUBBER coating is just THAT...no matter what the manufacturer charges....

I spare no expense on my motor...Its just having bought a 40 dollar set of MR gasket ones and then seeing these and buying a set and realizing they are the same thing...kind of pisses you off..Ive had these on my vette for over a year with no problems removed the covers twice and reused them...no problems......NOW we will see this year how they handle 30PSI of boost...

For head gaskets I agree..I never go cheap...BUT IM WILLING To pay LESS for the same thing... Typically Speedway sells the fel PRO gaskets CHEAPER than summit or jegs...id say 80% of the time..When building this turbo motor I bought 90% of the gaskets FEL PRO from speedway...there were 2 gaskets that summit and jegs were cheaper on so I bought them from Summit..

Took your advice and grabbed these gaskets. Unfortunately it seems to have done nothing for my leak. I even tried using some permatex form-a-gasket on the bottom corner.

If you're stll leaking with new gaskets, there must be another problem. Warped valvecover surface, cracked valvecover, etc. I had a persistent leak that wouldn't stop once...found out the cover was cracked. Replaced it, sealed tight. And I run a high volume pump which my dumbass didn't need, and it produces INSANE oil pressures....so if the cover was going to leak, it would have already.

hmmmm... yea I'm only leaking from one side. not a drip from the passenger side but it's pouring out the driver side. I have nice new cast aluminum covers and I spent a long time looking them over last time they were off. How would you check if it's warped ??
