Quick fix for loose visors

I fixed my loose visors this weekend by removing the visors and mounts from the car, taking the visors off the mounts, and squirting some blue loctite around the area where the "bullet" comes out of the mount. I made sure to spin the "bullet" around and rock it back and forth for a little while to make sure the loctite got down into the assembly. I let the assembly sit and cure for a couple of hours and so far (roughly 3 days) the visors are tight and staying in place.

Hope this helps someone.

or u could have just tighten the screw that faces down when the visors are up on the passanger side and the one that faces up on the driver side, might have been quicker, i think it took me more time to get the screw driver out of my console then to tighten them

Neither of the screws you refer to were loose on my car.

When the "bullet" rotates in the mount, tightening the screw that secures the visor to the "bullet" won't do anything.

i originally had a completely different colored one than everthing else, it was blue leather, and the interior is red, so i got a used red one, but it is too loose and always falls down, and as soon as i push it up it always comes back down, it is really annoying.
