Alpine wire colors are as follows:

Red: Switched Power (fused)
Yellow: Constant Power (fused)
Black: Ground
Blue or Blue/White: Power Antenna/Remote Turn On

I don't remember if there is an orange dimmer on all models or not, but I believe so...

White-White/Black: Left Front
Grey-Grey/Black: Right Front
Purple-Purple/Black: Right Rear
Green-Green/Black: Left Rear

Hope that helps.

Actually, I got everything wired except the yellow power, I tried to connect it to an open spot in the fuse box, but that didn't work. Do I need to connect it directly to the batterie, or what. I can't figure it out.

Your car has constant power on a separate plug in the dash. It's either a single wire on a 2 wire plug, or 2 wires. It depends on year. The GM wiring harness (You DID buy a wiring harness, right????) should have come with the adapter piece.

I got the 7875. I wired it directly to the battery as per instructions. I might recommend doing this for warrenty's sake. I drilled a hole in the firewall from the engine bay side on the driver's side as low as I could get the drill. It comes out on the high left side underneath the dash (you must remove the underside panel with three hex screws). If you feel uncomfortable with this, take it to a shop or mechanic and have them do it (it's much easier with an air gun anyway). And make sure to put a rubber grommet in there.
