Re: 305 tpi to 350 tpi

you'll need the 350 knock module as well. The 305 knock sensor and knock module are calibrated differently than the 350 pieces..... Well they are different part numbers anyway, so draw your own conclusions.

Since its a MAF car you'll be OK for now with the stock PROM as long as you use the 19lb fuel injectors from the 305. If you run bigger injectors you'll have to change the injector constant in the chip.

I have a new set of 350 injectors, 21 or 22 whichever was stock size.

Re: 305 tpi to 350 tpi

the car will run and be driveable without it,but to fine tune the car you need it.
the prom and injectors are the most important part.

No you should be OK with just changing the injector constant. If the 350 is bone stock and you can burn chips, why don't you just burn a stock 350 tune to the chip?

Re: 305 tpi to 350 tpi

no problems really. You can copy some of the stall saver and idle speed values from the 305 .bin if you want.

Let me clarify, i'm speaking in generalizations here. For the car to be absolutely perfect in every way, you'll need to do a little work to mesh the 305/T5 bin with the stock 350 bin. But it will run great and you wont have any major issues if you run the stock 350 bin, or put the correct injector constant in your 305 tune.
