I'm going to guess 86-87 LG4 with the fan relay and fuel pump relay.
I'm also going to recommend learning what your car has and doesn't have, what things are and do and how things work before considering hacking them.

Some 85s will have an in tank pump installed along with the block mounted mechanical. Look for the 2 wire pressure switch behind the dist tee'd off the 1 wire pressure sender for the guage. You can also jump the wires at the connector to see what comes on.

The 2 relays look just like my 1984 l69.
One is for the electric fan and the other is for the throttle kicker.

Does it really matter what they're for? If they weren't needed GM wouldn't have spent the money putting them there. If you don't like how they look move them where you can't see them or make an attractive cover. Or don't open the hood!
