Re: CTSY FUSE
CTSY = Courtesy Lights
It's all the relatively low-power constant battery things in the cabin. I.e. not power seats or things like that. Dome lights, cig lighter, radio station memory, ...
Whether it's the cause, would depend on the issues. And of course, whether it's blown.

Re: CTSY FUSE
Wouldn't have anything to do with dash lights or headlights AFAIK but those systems in the Firebird are unnecessarily complicated anyway and have too many parts, connections, etc. in them so I could easily be wrong. Might cause a radio problem.
Replace it with one of the same size from your spare fuse kit and see.

Re: CTSY FUSE
Tell us more about "spark".
Which fuse was blown that kept the radio and PL from working? Why did it blow?
Every single one of those light circuits you talk about, is DOWNSTREAM OF the headlight switch. They are all driven off of the tail light contact of that switch. EVERY ONE.
I'd be looking at the headlight switch if I was you, rather than fuses, for that one. Make sure it's plugged in, make sure 12V is reaching it, make sure 12V is going out to each destination, etc.

Re: CTSY FUSE
Well that would make sense; would kinda explain why the whole TAIL circuit was out...
What about the first one?
What about "spark"?
Leave some info behind so that people in the future can benefit.

Re: CTSY FUSE
the spark was a wire touching something it should not have done as it was a loose wire in both cases but sorted now I saw that is what blew the fuse in both cases not the same wire, now the dash lights, Tail and headlight now work and indicatiors and marker lights there on the TAIL fuse the radio and power locks are on the CTSY that's on my 84
