im not usually a big fan of the red interior but this one im kinda liking and its different ..
It’s a good looking interior, but just doesn’t go with the color scheme imo... The tan interior with maroon and gold would look a lot better... But the car has a lot going for it...
im surprised you dont remember this one .. we talked about this car before .. the guy had this one and a burg one with the same low miles out of washington for sale awhile ago ..

I personally know the owner of this car and have seen it myself. It is one of the nicest examples of an all original very low mileage 1990 IROC convertible that I know of with the 5 speed, bright blue paint, with gray leather interior, and is in like new condition. You don't find one like this very often so I hope he gets top dollar for it.
Wow, nice! Amazing how you can get a nice Firebird for a fraction of the cost of an IROC.
this 87 5 speed iroc that sold for 9900.00 a few months ago on bat is in the same ballpark as the formula .. but your right i can find cheap nice pontiacs any day of the week .. irocs are getting harder but there still out there ..
This one may be a little pricy for what it is, but up here in the rust belt it's nice to find nice clean stuff that someone drug up from the south. Here's an 89 "Iroc" in Plano, IL that was originally from Mississippi. It looks like it was assembled from different cars. 85-87 Iroc wheels, flat hood, red headlight pockets, but Z28/Iroc steering wheel, deluxe interior and grid taillights. The VIN isn't listed on their website, but was on the FB Marketplace ad that I saw it on. VIN is E, which is TBI, right? But it has a TPI engine. Regardless, it's a rust free TPI 5-speed. Would make a good LS swap candidate if you're into T-Top cars.

The engine is likely not original to the car, and possibly could be a 350 as the seller states, because the alternator and a/c compressor location is not correct for 1986 and it also has just the serpentine drive belt. For the F-Body, that didn't come until 1988.

I have seen about everything done wrong on a third gen in my day......but a dash emblem on the ground effects, and a camaro centercap decal on the sail panel are both firsts for me lol. Wowza.
Check out the gold paint overspray on the top edge of the ground effects in the pic of the door jamb.
If money were no object, I would love to take this car and turn it back to its former glory.

The problem is, the people doing the "customizing" believe they have added value.
Anyone spot the 5000 RPM redline tach? LB9 5 speeds came with 5500 redline.
