I believe that's the carmine red 'custom' interior. Carmine Red is def. the color.

It says in that thingy under his pic,1989 IROC L98 700R4 2.77

My bad guys, didn't mean to start a carmine vs flame debate. Seeing the pic above it looks like flame. I just learned that there were other shades of red in third gens lol.
