got a fouth gen rear but have problems

so yeah as the title explains i just got a brand new 10k mile rear end from a 02 camaro z28. oh yeah. the thing is i cant find on this site whether or not the brakes will fit under my rims. i have 15x10 rims in the back and i dont know if the calipers will clear. if not i am looking for some decent priced 4th gen rims if anyone has some laying around, tires or not.

PBR brakes on LS1 rear?

can i use the brakes from my original rear on the ls1 rear so that i can use my 15 inch rims on a temporary basis. if not does anyone have some 16+ inch rims with tires (condition dont matter as long as they car be driven on) that i can buy/borrow/rent whatever so that i an drive this car? or does anyone know if i can remove the e brake from the ls1 brake set up and the rotors and use the rotors and calipers from my 91 rear?

if i'm not mistaken, i think the 4th gen wheels have a different offset. so your 3rd gen wheels won't work.

So there still is no clear answer here : will the 15x10 wheels run on the later years 4th gen rear axles ( with the bigger brakes , after 1997 ) ? I dont car if they stick out , just concerned about the brakes. Anyone ?

yep, they will fit, but the 4th gen rear is physically wider and you need more backspacing for the tires to clear the fenders, unless you raise up the springs or something.....
