Pic of my 20" wheels I made myself

Here is a pic of my 20" wheels and center caps that I designed, machined and polished myself. They are 1 piece forged 7075 aluminum.

Thanks for all the compliments, it was a lot of work but well worth it. It cost me about $800 in materials plus my time, alot of time, but its not a bad deal considering the price of a good set of forged 20's. Plus I'm luck enough to work at aplace with real nice CNC mills and lathes. As for the pics of the air ride, I currently don't have any on my computer, but there isn't much to see, my soleniods are mounted in the spare tire well and there is an air tank behind the rear seat. If you want to see a pic of the whole car click the link in my sig, once again thanks for the compliments, I really appreciate it.

very nice job but those wheels would be killer in a fat 17 or 18!

Definitely too big for that car lowered that much I think. Nevertheless, the wheels look great. I just don't like 20s. Shouldn't be over 18s in my book.

THAT is awesome, I would have went a little smaller on the wheel size, but I like the design that you made.

A+ work i've never seen someone do that before

Good job on the wheels! I just spent more for a set of cast wheels than you spent on your own custom forged wheels. The design is cool too. You could probably sell a bunch of those.

Well, 20’s aren’t my thing but they did come out nice.

What width and what tire do you have on them?

I’m curious, what do they weigh?

like he said, in his sig...

I really like the design of those wheels.. its clean and simple without being boring or cheap looking. 20's are big for my preference, and I agree that they would look killer in 17 or 18 in form... but kudos to the work you put into them.. they came out great.

Wow, those look amazing! I'm sure you could sell many sets if you intended on doing so!

I love how simple they are, yet still very new looking. They just flow so well!

The wheels are 8 inchs wide and and I tried to keep a nice simple design, if you look close you can see that I mounted the valve stem a little inside the wheel between the spokes, this adds to the simplicity and keeps the lip nice and smooth. I don't plan on making wheels and selling them because I did these at work on my spare time and weekends, but maybe some day if I had my own shop I would consider making them to sell. The wheels weigh about 22lbs each and with the tire they weigh the same as the 17" ROH wheels and tires that I had on the car before. I was suprised how much these wheels improved the handling of the car. Once again thanks for all your compliments.

I am running the Nitto 555's and they are 245/35/20. As for more pics, I just got a new computer and I don't have my pics on here yet, the two I posted were on my girlfriend's computer. But I just got a new stealth ram so I will have more pics of the install as soon as I get my car out of storage, if this snow ever melts.

That's the same reason I'm waiting to get my C4HD brakes installed before I put my C5 rims on
