14's can be done but I would read the sticky at the top of the page devoted to TBI newbies. It should tell you what go fast parts you need to consider.

That is exactly what im tryin to do i wet through jegs an summti nad searched and used my bootleg desktop dyno and came out with a 379 (@ 45000 rpm) footpounds of torque 370 hp (@ 6000rpm) engine (at the fly) for about $2233.92 and with a 2500 - 2800 stall converter 3.73 or mabey 4.10 posi rear and some drag radials mabey street slicks iddny profiles sportsmans or whatever you can probly ru na nice 14 or 13 then to brake the 13's shifty said i should stiffen the chasi some sub-frames and probly more stuf dealing with putin that power on the ground

Also when doing exhaust, keep a cutout in mind. what intake do you plan on running 90formula?

its all going to be in the cam, with a 4bbl intake, a 670 TB unit, ported l98 heads (the only issue here is compresion, what are you going to do to make up for the compresion loss?) with descent cam, and proper tuning, 14's is easy, i am pretty confident my combo will run 13's.

i think that is a better match for your combo than the L98 heads, if there is a flow diffrence (i think the ports are the same on both) the compression diffrence would make the 305's the better choice.
