when i race or anything it smells like kerasean but only if i get on it what is this caused by

Cat. Converters make a funny smell when you get on it, this is normal though. Could this be what you describe?

 

Here in NY,, We been complaining about that smell with the gas ?????--- what gives ???

 

its always made that smell i have true dual flows with no cats

 

myself i have never heard of " kerasean " , What is kerasean ? did the UAE slip something by america ? oh wait , are you talking about kerosene ? does it smell the same as kerosene ? oh well , your problem may be that you do not have the rubber seal on the rear of the hood . the interior vent system pulls fresh air in from the windsheild base . the wiper arm area , if no hood seal , smell of eng. good luck . ( kerasean ???? )

Most people don't peruse message boards for grammar errors. A misspelled word just looks funky though. I don't know, bed time!
