okay when you say you are seeing air in the line you are refering to the fluid res. correct? did you or anybody else actually remove the slave cylinder...whas the master cylinder push rod disconnected from the clutch pedal? cause if not and someone pushed it and i mean not even a full push you need a new hydraulic clutch. to check your hydraulic clutch for proper travel remove trans dust cover have someone depress clutch meassure the slave cylinder push rods travel as it engages the clutch fork it should be at least .57 of an inch

ok i'll check that then and get back to ya.the lil rod on the slave cylinder was out all the way and i had to push it back in to get it into the proper place on the clutch release fork.that shouldn't do anything right?like i said,it was just unhooked sat for a while and when i hooked it back up i have no pressure on the pedal.when i went under and had someone pump it for me i could see air bubbles and took the cap off and air was comming out the fill res.i hope its just air

sounds like it is just air. But you should still get some movment over at the slave. air will make it less, not 0.
But yeah, keep trying to blead it.

hmmm... well I have read a few differnt ways about how to blead those things.
If all else fails, screw it, and get one off ebay that works. haha.
I wish I could help more, but i just don't remeber the T-5 setup very well. I just finished having to play around with my T-56 one.

not totally sure what the "little thing" was, haha. Take a pic and I bet I, or someone else can tell you.
The new stuff really isn't expensive. I agree with you, save yourself the stress and just get a new part and call it a day.

how much did it set you back?
I bend a slave plunger in my new hydros for my T-56 and had to get a new one. i was pretty pissed since for the T-56 it is all one unit. Almost $200 for mine.

when you say no pressure on the clutch pedal do you mean that it isnt very firm or do you mean the thing is swinging in the wind?

its firm now,and sometimes when i'm bleeding it the pedal just swings in the wind, but when i try to put it into gear it won't go,like i said b4,behind the rubber on the slave, some lil orange thing came out,i slid it back into place still can't get any pressure.took everything apart disc, plate, bearing was all in right, the new pressure plate is a lil longer thought that might be it,put the old p plate back on and same ol same ol.

tryed every gear still won't go in,no fluid going down in the process, and i'm using dot 3 brake fluid lilke it says on the cover.when i had the slave off my buddy pressed the clutch pedal and thats when the orange thing came out,so must be the slave.

ok guys, buy the look of my two clutches i definitly have the wrong clutch.heres some pics for yas.on the flywheel side of the clutch disc's,the shaft length on my old one was 17mm and the new one was 10mm,so by my figuring if the shaft is shorter wouldn't take more to pull it off the F wheel?which explains why it wouldn't go into gear.i am so pissed, the guy at the auto parts store if getting a good peice of my mind.in case you want to know it was a Dyna Pacs clutch kit and heres the part # off the box it was in NU0056 or 15-4702-2
