Seized o2 sensor
Is there anything I can spray around the o2 sensor to help loosen it? I tried WD-40, no luck. This thing has probably been in there since the car was new. It's actually broke off and there is no telling how long it has been that way. Someone mentioned heating up the exhaust to get it out, but if I did that I wouldn't be able to get my hand up in there.

the only way is to heat it up using a torch until its glowing all around the just knock it loose with the tool and youll be fine.

i had that problem with my 86 acura, what u have to do is try using penetrating oil from inside the manifold if its possible if not outside is good too, just spray it then try to loosen it if it doesnt budge try tightening it to get all the oil in it. you could also try a breaker bar, but use a 6point socket not a regular one, because if u use a regular socket u run the risk of stripping that sensor and then the only way to get it out will be a plasma cutter. dont ask how i know.

I soaked it with PB Blaster for an hour and it worked. I nearly broke my fingers when it finally came loose, but at least it's off so i'm happy.

pb blaster works sometimes depends how well its rusted in there. when in doubt use the heat though you can even combine that with pb.

PB Blaster worked on mine too. Also used a long breaker bar with six point socket.
