Gasoline 355sbc
So in about a 2 months my car should be on the road. The engine is a completely rebuilt Sbc 350 bored .30 over. Basically every thing is new except for the connecting rods, crank and starter. A guy at work was telling me he was having major issues running premium gas in his fastback 428 mustang. So he switched to delta sonic 100 octane and it now runs like a dream.
My question is what should I run in my car? I can give more specs on engine parts if that will help. I don't mind paying a little more for the gas since I will only be driving the car on real nice days a few days a week. I live in NY so if you could recommend any places besides delta sonic that has good high octane let me know as well. I have never had a 350 not sure on what my MPG will be. Probably 12-15 right?

I don't have egr on mine or vortec heads. I won't have to have any smog equipment on mine. His compression is 11:1 or something like that. Mine is going to be around 9-9.5:1 according to my dads buddy. I have cast iron dart s/s heads and edelbrock rpm performer with a rochester 4 barrel 750cfm. Mild cam, hydraulic lifters, manley valves and forged mahle pistons.

Need a LOT more specs. A long way off from giving ANY estimate on what we know now.
Carb? FI.....TBI/TPI/Sequential conversion? Gears? Auto/Manual? etc./etc./etc.
