My tps is as high as it will go without setting a code which is .60-.62. Fuel pressure is up to you. Mine is at 48psi.

TPS voltage is factory at .57 I believe. Going higher will net you a bit of a performance increase. .62 is about the practical limit.
Fuel pressure depends on what the motor needa at WOT. Higher pressure and lower pulsewidth will improve atomization and performance. Take some EGT readings and figure it out.

VSS not working properly springs to mind. Could also be a short in the park/neutral switch if it's an automatic.

The VSS is the vehicle speed sensor. It helps to govern the control of among other things the IAC and EGR functions. Later cars had a VSS in the trans, also used for speedo. Older cable drive speedo cars have a VSS built into the speedometer. It sends information to the ECM telling it how fast the car is going and other information.
On the shifter part of the assembly that plugs into the shifter mechanism is a park/neutral switch. If this switch is physically bridged or is shorting out (going to ground) it can tell the ECU that the car is in park or neutral when it is really in gear. This can lead to a screwy idle while in gear and stalling and other annoying problems.
