Sounds like you might what to see if it's Fuel,Oil or coolant leak first. If it's oil and or coolant you need the upper and lower intake gaskets. Those lower intakes leak it's pretty comman. Just don't use the cork gaskets on the china walls (when going back togther) trash those if you deside to do it your self use RTV gray sealer on the china walls don't be shy eirther use a fair amount kinda like your welding nice fat weld. It might be leak injectors and fuel rail most likey is an intake leak though. If you've never slapped a lower intake on any kind of car then don't get your self stuck take it to a pro. Otherwise it's kinda a gravey job after you do it a couple times. Tools that you need are not rare too, so finding tools might be easy.
I took my intake apart 3.0 hours with air tools and years of auto technlogy expreance. I'm porting my intake too it was leaking so i'm doing all kinds of small free bees while in there. Like porting, fuel regulator, injector o rings, distrubtor replacement.

Sounds like you might have a intake leak? When you say fuel do mean gas. If so does it small like gas. I think you have an intake leak. Unless somehow your throttle body is leaking cooling into the peluim which will cause the coolant to seep out the runners I guess. you might just wanta have your local shop take a peak at it with you. Normally shops out here don't charge unless you want the job done. You might just have sepage which you might be able to get some more miles with out replacing gaskets.

Gas visibly leaking out of your runners probably is your fpr leaking and getting sucked into the plenum.
Coolant on the side (typically the front drivers side) is something that happens often, you need to replace the intake gasket.

You gotta make sure that you get all the bolts. I think there are 6 at the bottum and top. But it's tricky you'll need to pull both runners off. inside of the base theres bolts too make sure you find those. you can down load a manual on how to remove a TPI, im sure theres gotta be somthing out there. There kinda a pain in the butt the first time. Once you get the bolt it's doent take much to pull them off they should break losse. if your pulling hard and nothing is coming loose you need to find all the bolts.

Wow looks like you pretty much got a compelete kit. The round seal is rear main seal you need to pull the trans out for that and yes you have bonus kit the head gaskets. Do you plain on replacing the head gaskets? I think you where only trying to replace intake right? if so just keep track of the old gaskets and replace with the new. To clean inside get some degreaser and maybe a brush and water/ soap and clean. oh get some brakekeeln that works good

Yeah make sure you order lower intake gaskets that mate with the heads. To clean your parts i would use a tyipcal degreaser wire brush on the inside and the outside if you want it to be show car stlye you'll have to do a seach on this website for it. Power coating in the best longest lasting way but costs$$$. I was thinking about doing somthing like that to mine but i like the stock plain look better as long as it's clean. takes a nice amount of time sandying and cleaning **** like that. i invested most of my time porting out my TPI unit. I rather go for preformance over looks. but thats just me.
