? That's strange... If you jack up the rear end of the car, and spin a tire, can you get the sound? maybe lay under it and spin the wheel, see if you can pinpoint if it's at the wheel(s) or in the pumpkin.

well when im rollin ill hear the whine then if i stop abruptly and compleatly i can still hear a whine as if somthing is spining ,it goes away about 2or 3 seconds after im stoped,, like it stops spining,.,. note: this does not happin under normal driving conditions just if i stop harder then usual,,but my whining is constant every where i go and is throttle sensitive i let off gas it goes away but soon as i accelerate or come to a slow down it comes back.,., and im wondering could there be somthin in the rear still spining when i stop like that., couldnt be my fuel pump making noise like that when i stop hard could it?

Car: Yes
Engine: Usually
Transmission: Sometimes
Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
Put the car up on jack stands, with nobody and nothing in front of the car and the front wheels chocked and the stands UNDER THE AXLE TUBES; do whatever it is that makes the noise; see if you can find it.
I can't think of any parts that would tend to do that, to tell you to look at. There's nothing that comes to mind that's welded or otherwise fastened around anything, that could come loose. Pretty strange.

could be the fuel pump is being starved for fuel or being restricted somehow cause that soulds like what my car does if i have less than 1/8 tank or 1/4 tank if im beating on the car. like mabe something is swinging infront of the pickup when you are on the brakes hard.
I wouldnt think anything with the Axle/Driveline would cause that cause if it were still moving after you stop you wouldnt get moving in the first place would ya?
