intake manifold that fits an 87 V6 firebird?

does one exist? ive been looking everywhere online and i cant find a single intake manifold that is made for a V6. I'm bombing emissions because the geniuses that put the engine together didnt hook most of the electrical back up, and i cant figure out where it goes because half of it is missing. to fix this, we're getting rid of the EFI, and switching to simple carb. ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO GET AN INTAKE MANIFOLD THAT FITS A 1987 FIREBIRD (V6)???????

i went to summitracing.com and they didnt have anything. the only thing i found was a website with a part number GMV6-MCT2. there isnt a picture of it, but i have a feeling that it might be what im looking for. i couldnt find anything on edelbrock's website either.

You have tow options from Edelbrock. One is pretty much a stock replacement and the other is for a 4-barrel carb.

The 2.8 motor from the firebird is identical to the 2.8 in the camaro.

so pretty much anything that fits a 2.8 camaro engine can fit a 2.8 firebird engine? so theyre pretty much the same damn car.

Any engine part that is listed for anything with a 2.8/60* V6 from GM will fit any 60*V6 in any car minus stuff like exhaust or car specific stuff.

There is a difference in the the crankshafts balance. I always believed that Gm made engine with the same engine code to have the same internal balance but I found this out the hard way. 88 and up cranks have a reluctor balance ring but the 85-87 don't. Both are large journal one pc. seals.

You'll be worlds ahead hooking the EFI up correctly, than converting it to a carb.

EVERY carb vehicle I have owned has given me issues, even the ones that "ran properly".

Grab a haynes manual and go through the information in it to connect the EFI parts correctly, do a tune up, and then re-test.

Don't mean to hijack a thread but i'm parting out an entire v6 engine from a 92' camaro. So if you needed any parts and don't have the cash to buy new, let me know (I have the three peice manifold with injectors.) Thanks!
