Would you accept this HSR from Summit or Holley?

I received this intake after about 3 weeks of waiting patiently and it seems to have nicks in it. The nicks look identical to ones in another thread so I don't know if they will affect anything but I would like your input before i get these pieces powder coated. Am I being too ****? I spent a lot of money on this plus the fuel rails etc.
OTHER THREAD (compare pics, am i going crazy???)

the nick in the second picture is on every HSR I have seen. the first one is not on mine, but shouldn't hurt anything. Its up to you, do you want to wait for a new one?

With 15 years or so in die casting. I say run it. Use a file to make sure there isn't a bur there first. If the nick in the second pic is on everyone. I would bet its a high spot in the tool or the way its clamped to be machined. Could even be from a robot grabbing it the same way every time. It seema like the operator would notice that and they would change the program to grip different. Who knows though. Just speculation.

Yeah I agree it should be fine. I pre mounted the fuel rails with some old injectors laying around and they mount fine..

Re: Would you accept this HSR from Summit or Holley?

This the second time I see a post about what looks like poor craftsmanship on the stealthram.

Its got me considering going with a different intake. Seeing you guys post about it being fine, puts alot of my worries to rest.

Well it all mounts up fine though. It's inexpensive if you think about it, I guess you get what you pay for. I like the way it looks
