This sounds like a throttle stomp, AE issue?
You can also see false overflow (demand) if delivery does not match commanded values, pump consistency is vital.

Dave, I hope you don't expect over 14 unless you are at idle or cruise, that's not how it goes. The engine requirements determine fuel necessity, not theoretical numbers.

When you change the swing voltages you change the mixture, regardless of sensor type.

They have the McLaren ECU well protected from any unauthorized changes.
It's not a balls-out injection system like a drag car or LSR rig would use, it has to be NASCAR simple, no upstream...

You can knock off the tiny posts for a slightly larger sealing surface. They become pointless at this build stage.
Working the return passage is important when the flow gets serious.

I get a much better TBI idle eliminating async.
I only use async on the top end.
The offset that works for me is high enough to make for double takes and head scratching.

I do not believe this to be true, even if you pull from the correct address.

I suggest you mount the 350 sensor on a 45 degree brass "street" elbow, then to the engine. I would be a lot less comfortable with the wrong sensor installed.
