Thanks for the response. Woulda responded earlier, was vacationing. I'm hoping that setting it on the ground with the wheels and control arms in place will give me a bit of clearance but I doubt it....

Do you have the power supply at the choke hooked up and the ground ? If the Choke is not hooked up it will do that. That's if it is on.. If it's not on and it's cold it will do that also.

I'm not 100 % sure but I think the 90-92 speed density fuel maps...

You could take the PCV valve out of the vacume line on the 90 TPI car and it will still idle. It would mostly likley stall on a quick off the throttle other than a slow throttle return with a speed...
