Without going into the engine, a good tune up (plugs and wires), new fuel filter, K&N air filter, tps air foil, and an underdrive pulley set did wonders for my 91Z convertible's 305.

Overhead Console w/ Maplight $65

This is the T-top version, although it should work with hardtops as well.(I don't think you can put a Hard top version in a T-top.) It does not have flashlight. Does have map light and dome light....
