It's gonna be hard to help you as I do not have pictures. But if you want to start at getting your 2-3 WOT shift I would begin by blocking all holes in your TV sleeve. This will in no way damage...

Unfortunately, the only people that would notice a 160MPH speedometer is a thirdgenner. I have the 140MPH Z28 speedo and believe me, no one notices unless they are heavily into thirdgens.
