I forgot you will need tires as well. A 383 with the TPI and shortie headers makes an assload of torque just no top end. Get it to hook and you will kill people out of the hole, just put juice on...

I am not sure what you want the motor for exactly. But, if you want it for your car I would just use the engine that you have and stroke it. It's cheap enough anymore if you are just keeping it...

You have a good combo. I would go with the LPE 219 and get it tuned. The cam makes good power and idles like a stocker at 750 rpm. Go with the 3.73's at least w/that 6spd.

Get the Hooker Long Tubes they will work and you will make so much more power than with shorties. Get a Mufflex y-pipe or make your own. Shorties fit great but limit power.

The 3rd gen F-body serp setup is the same from 88-92. Very easy to do. You will also need a serp crank pulley and a new water pump as the serpentine pump spin's counterclockwise.
