I beat my friend in his '72 camaro with a 383 in it a long time ago. When I still had stock heads and cam. Who knows. You have a beter combo than him, but can you get it to the ground?

Yes, that's pretty unheard of. I dont beleave that either. With a carb and hi-rise intake and a cam with a target powerband of 6000-8000, maybe but not on the street. Post specs and dyno sheet.

Wrong. the 1985 5.0 4-bbl had 175 hp @ 4200 rpm, and 245 tq @2400 rpm.
That car probibaly has 170rwhp with those mods, provided it's in a good state of tune.
