Can you measure the bolt pattern diameter? It won't work on all motors; the one and two piece RMS cranks have different bolt patterns. If the bolt spacing diameter is 3", it's for a one piece RMS...

Couldn't tell you offhand, but you can figure it out pretty quick by wrapping a piece of string around it to get the circumference, then dividing by 3.14 to get the diameter of boot needed.

Yes, the ECM was damaged. I found a similar one in a junkyard based off this list (https://www.thirdgen.org/ecminterchange), swapped my PROM into it, and it worked like a charm - no problems since.

What do you mean, you couldn't get the TPS adjusted correctly? You set it up, and then the voltages don't return to the correct values? That'd mean it's broken, but a bad TPS won't cause the engine...
