7.5" 3.73 motive gear set in Terre Haute Indiana

Brand new Motive Gear Ring and Pinion Set. Part Number: GM75373 (GM7.5-373 on side of box). I'm asking $130. Summit lists them for $180 and other websites list for even more.

I have a vortec 355 and i am using a late 70's vacuum advanced GM HEI distributor.

The problem that i am having is that when i put a timing light on it, over 2500 rpm the timing light stops...

i have a 3310 and i also have a spare 600 sitting around and i was just wondering if there was a way for me to swap that primary metering block off that 600 and put it in place of my secondary...

i have thought about getting a 750 vacuum secondary holley like a 0-3310 and seeing if that helps..... i finally got jets and squirters so i think initially i am going to see how fast i can go on...

They both worked fine when i took them out a year and a half ago...so the carb may need to be rebuilt....i would like to get $60 for the Carb and $40 for the distributor....or you can have them both...
