N means Norwood car, so it's a 1987 (no more cars built in this factory after that year). The H also indicates it's a 1987 model.

The water tray is in pretty bad condition on my '84 and only held in place with one screw (one tab is broken), I do get a bit of water occasionally on top of the air cleaner.

I think 82-84 are identical, then changed slightly in 1985 where it meets the front nose at the top. It should still fit but might require a minor modification.

Start by cleaning the area with a wire wheel. Only then can you judge what to do with it.
It might be lightly pitted, and only require a total removal of the rust, then epoxy primer, a bit of body...

The 78-80 Camel Tan code was 62C, the 82-84 was 64C. There might be a difference. I have many 2nd gen Camel Tan parts, but no 3rd gen parts in that color so I can't compare to be sure.
