Camaro base seat fabric 1983-1984 Camel Tan

Hello,

In order to repair an otherwise perfect interior, I'm looking for seat fabric as pictured. It is from a 1984 Camaro Z28 that has base cloth seats in camel tan color.
Ideally from a rear...

4.3L TH700R4 vs V8 TH700R4 - Is it weaker ?

Hi everyone,

Please don't answer if you don't have actual experience with what I'm asking about.

I'm about to get an '84 Z28 with no engine or transmission. TH700R4s aren't not exactly common...

Re: Low Mile Iron Duke......Ermm, $18K......

The basicness of the car is what makes it interesting, not valuable of course, but it stands out. A low mile high end model is relatively common, a low mile very low spec model is rare. Putting a V8,...

Re: Trying to Decide Interior Color for White Trans Am

With gold ground effects, I can only think of tan as a good interior color, so it's the right choice.

Too many colors would be odd, and black and grey are the easy/tasteless choice.

As for the...

Re: Third Gen Development "What If?"

The torque is what you feel the most, 350s have much more torque than the 305.

I'd say stronger parts all around : rear end, transmission, subframe connectors

I've seen leather ones in loaded Trans Ams and in S/Es.

Re: 1982-84 Firebird Build Dates Needed

No PHS, but the trim tag says 3rd week of May 1984 for my '84 Trans Am.
Norwood built, last six digits : 236399.

Looks pretty stock to me. What does the radiator tag says ? There's the last six digits of the VIN on it.
What does the SPId says (sticker under the center console lid) ?

Re: Model year change 1987 - 1988

N means Norwood car, so it's a 1987 (no more cars built in this factory after that year). The H also indicates it's a 1987 model.
