86 LG4 VS 99 V6 stang
Alright this went down a few weeks ago. A really good friend of mine has a 99 V6 stang, AOD, completely stock.. I have a 86 Iroc LG4, 700r4, with 3.23's, completely stock....
well we were up at our high school, hangin out waiting for something to do, well we have never ran each other, So we decided to go...we lined up, then went....Off of the line, I look over, and we are dead even....It was door handle to door handle, then when it came time to shift from 2nd to 3rd, my tranny decides it just wants to hang and not shift, so the victory went to the Stang.
But thats ok because we are going to race again sometime soon ( i will post results) and hopefully my slushbox can get around the shift delay......but either way, it was a fun race, knowing no sh*t talking goes down...
