List of sun visors that swap in our cars?
Did a search and didn't get much response besides modified 4th gens or an attempt with 2005 impala visors.
My 3rd gens are fine (grey) that I dyed black but didn't really like how they turned out. Looked at replacement options ($100-$140) and that seems steep for board wrapped in cloth. I redid my headliner and sail panels and really want these to match, just annoying bc I don't use them a lot (prob bc of how they feel).
Do we have options that bolt in?

I've been meaning to remove mine and put the delete cap in place. They're always falling down in my line of sight. The roof line is so low I don't need them.

I had the ICT delete plates on mine and figures I would need them when I deleted the visors. Ended up putting the visors back and have only used them a couple of times. I will prob just break down and get new ones but mine are very stiff and don’t fall down so that’s good.

When they fall down freely, it's usually because the pressed in pin has worked loose. Usually you can tap the pin back in with a hammer and it's fixed. Or pull the pin out, dab some JBWeld in the socket, and push the pin back in. Let cure overnight, and they're good as new.
Recover your sunvisors. It's just a taco shell of thin cardboard with the headliner material glued to it, wrapped around a piece of masonite with the mounting tensioning hardware. Then the taco is stitched around the sides and across the bottom. The top corners just tuck into the taco. A regular sewing machine will do the stitching if you don't care if it matches. Or you can do it by hand easily enough.

I was unhappy with how small the factory visors are when you need coverage from the side windows, so I got some visors from a mid '90s Suburban (They had the same bolt pattern; not all three-bolt patterns are the same) and recovered them with some black diamond-tread vinyl.
The angle isn't quite the same when you put them to the side, but they get the job done. Plus, these have mirrors.

I installed 4th gen. Had to use parts from a thirdgen to make it work. I'd like to recover mine and do something to make them feel more sturdy if I don't find something better. That might add weight though. Would prefer just something that is solid plastic or something like that.
