Been racing cars for 4 decades. I only use Moog or Speedway Engineering suspension. At least it isn't a Chinese copy.

Detroit Speed has a couple of good videos installing their SFC on Youtube, I suggest watching it. Never bolt anything. Weld the cage in. I just did a third gen. There are a couple of tricks to do...

If you are doing just a few find the neaest small drill you have and then use a rat tail file to enlarge. You need it snug not loose for the best fit. If you to do more later then get a letter/number...

I use approx a 1000 a yr with race car builds. As long as you use the proper tool for installing them and only use steel Rivnuts you will have no issues. I use 6mm to 5/8. I purchase them in bulk...

Besides your sub frame connectors mount close to the rockers and are called frame stiffeners or similar. We don't have a subframe in the 3rd. I'm actually installing tomorrow.

I needed to do pull the pan at the track once in my Chump car. I cut the center section, plated the ends and used a piece of round tubing with plates on either end bolted as the center section. Works...

After cutting all excess items from my third gen and skinning the panels mine is down to 2700 without the driver running a NA Engine with cast iron heads and full cage and 18 gallons in the fuel cell.

Yes, please do. We race the camaro at PIR, The Ridge, ORP and Spokane. We are generally here also on weekends working on the Camaro getting here ready for paint and prep for next race in April.

I am limited to 3.23s for the length of the straights at PIR. With the tire height and rpm i can only use the 3.23 maybe a 3.08.
