Have you looked at Ed Quay for headers ?
Sounds like they arn't a PERFECT fit either but somewhat better than those...

I guess even ed Quay "purpose" made are a pain. Cant believe you had to move the sterring column (ed Quay havn't even mentioned yhis could be a problem) Tut Tut !!

My wheels are 8.5" x 15" with a 5.5" backspace ( a little massaging to fit with Mickey T 295/15 tyres) ther are some pics and more details of my car at car domain try this link ( it should work)...
