my 83 z28 (t-tops) had 400+ hp with nitrous and the chassis was all kinds of twisted and it was way to expensive to fix and now I am a huge advocate for subframe connectors.

No its just a ported box and it had roughly .8 cu ft per sub but it wasn't sounding good for the style of music I like so I rebuilt the box for a sealed and its great. I decided to point the subs...

You are already eliminating the EGR so I would get rid of the AIR system as well and shave some weight. Just get a good high flow cat and some normal shorty headers and do away with all the clutter...

If your gonna use those heads then you should replace your pistons with some flat tops and replace all your bottom end bearings and seals.... And I would suggest reading...

Hiding the antenna questions

Starting the body work on my 92 camaro and I want to shave the antenna and move it and I dunno where to put it. I have read some people putting it under the dash but I don't think it would get good...

It turned out to be the reluctor but the distributor was stuck in the engine and had to use a ball joint separator and a crowbar to get it out.

this is a 4.3 TBI in a 89 s10 and it idles erratically and will stall shortly after starting but if you floor the gas pedal it will only rev to about 2k and it is choking out and backfiring through...

I swear by my 1200 and 1800 pyramid amps regardless of how much trash people talk about the brand they have lasted over 5 years of constant abuse and still sound as good as top brands.

yea I am 100% sure it is a edelbrock 1407 I know they don't have power valves but it destroyed something that looked like a valve. After the big backfire it would stall around corners or hard...

it blew out some seals and took out a valve in it but it was caused by my spark control not adjusting the timing for the nitrous but I still have the carb it was a performer 750. Though I prefer...

the clutch is the whole assembly that the belt goes around and you can get a replacement clutch from your auto parts store but I don't think you have to evac the system to swap it

I got one from ebay and the company was springhill alternator but it is a 230a cs-130 with a overdrive pulley and it has been keeping my two batteries charged and handles my stereo system just fine...

it currently has the edelbrock headers with a large flowmaster (dunno exact size but larger than 3") but im going with new headers.

I am capable of tuning but really not willing to on this engine...

Ok if it is the carb I think it is then its complete crap for any form of performance. I would save some cash for a cam and the 4bbl set up and then do exhaust and you should have some chirp.

ALL the bolts on my autoX cars suspension are from Fastenal and I found out why they didn't put that strong of a bolt in the LCA when they ripped the mount. Awesome products!
