Yeah, they are all closed for the season anyway. Should be open in April. I have some work to do to my car anyway and some mods, so it is pretty much down for the winter.

Exactly. Instead of continuing being a dick, just be a man and say you were wrong, and take it from there.

Re: Ohio?
Gonna depend on money. Probably a direct port nitrous kit I found for sale, a set of modded 113 heads, and a ZZ4 cam with 1.6 ratio full rockers. Also some chassis and tranny mods to support it. Should put me into low 12's/high 11's.

Re: Ohio?
You V8 guys..lol. My 700R4 has a horrible aftermarket comparted to yours. Thats why Im thinking or debating swaping it out. Mainly my TC aftermarket suxs, since thats a major thing that differes from my narrow 700r4 and your normal 700r4.
Its a easy swap just dont have the funds for it at the moment. And they are a little stronger then the 700R4 but thats not the reason as I will only be pushing 300Hp or so and last year my stock 700R didnt break with Hp like that. So im either lucky or the 700 will handle a little bit.
Did I mention transbrake...lmao

Re: Ohio?
I know dave. Im getting a set of real slicks next spring from a racing buddy. Hes going to a 28 inch tire so im getting his. There 26x8.5x15 inch slicks. Only 2 seasons on them and the tread wear holes are good as gold still. They will do much better. Mickey-t's again. The trans brake was just a joke though, i dont have the cash to shell out and make sure everything holds together..lol

i had trouble with my 26x9's and anything more then 3-4 psi of boost
once i went to 28x10.5 W's i had no more issues
then again ur 3:73's arent going to hit the tires as hard as my 4:11's

Re: Ohio?
Yup they were in the car from my n/a build so i just left them in they hurt me on the backhalf of the track but from line to 1/8th they worked great.its also what allowed me to get 1.7-1.8x 60's only launching with 3-4psi
car would prolly drop 2-4 tenths in the 1/4 just by swaping to 3:42's or 3:73's
u pick up about 4-6 more mph on the backhalf then my car ever did

Re: Ohio?
the lift will be to high for both springs and valve guides i would have installed my 1.6 roller rockers in my zz3 if i could have i could install 1.6 intake 1.5 exhaust
what was going wrong with the rear bad wheel bearing? or bad axle honestly
id most likely be scraping the housing just use the posi in my disc axle

And I know about the springs, I wouldn't use stock ones.
Have no idea, never tore it apart. Was just making a whirring sound, like a bearing failing.

Re: Ohio?
all the info i found told me .530ish lift was max mind you running 1.6 and 1.5 puts the cam at 510 510 i thought about doing that
i also did test the 1.6 on the exhaust and i couldnt even get the engine to turn over by hand when i had it on the stand so i assumed it was coil bind and i didnt want to attempt it so i left the factory ones in till i get 1.5s

Re: Ohio?
Id go to 42 I I was you as youll get massive time trials. The tracks rough but I will say its a fun track to just make some passes if you never have before. No helment unless your constantly going fast (13.99 and under at norwalk) But to be honest if your going that fast why not wear a helment...

going to a lower gear will not always save gas. it depends on were u do most of ur driving city vs highway
lower gears will lower mpg in stop and go traffic as u need to use more throttle to get the car moving and upto speed in stop and go traffic

Man, that 91 dude is the biggest $*$*^$^&$*%^#*%^$)*^&_)(*_&%&$ RETARD I have EVER met. I can't even find words to describe the amount of disgust I have with people like him. No knowledge, no idea how **** works, just goes by what he learned from one shitty car that they didn't even build right and couldn't drive, then takes it as facts and nobody could possibly be right but them or outrun them, then they spew there false crap all over the internet.
It's people like that who I'd just like to smash their ****in faces in with a brick.
