It usually runs along the passenger side valve cover. That probably isnt where your leak is coming from because the control valve sits closer to the front of the engine. But it is connected to hoses...

I'm working on an 89 iroc-z that my cousin bought. It had plenty of issues when he bought it. It wouldn't start unless you sprayed starting fluid in the intake but then would stall when it burned up...

Never used slick 50. In my first camaro I use to put lucas oil stabilizer in it when the valve seals were shot. Definately helped. No more smoke when I started the engine. But that only lasted a few...

Hey, find any solutions yet? My cousins 89 iroc is having a similar issue. When it's cold it starts right up but if you shut it off and try to restart it just cranks over but won't start.

Interior has all been washed. Headliner is good. Replaced it about a year ago and after I removed all the interior Ive been running a dehumidifier inside the car. Its been holding at 20% humidity....

Holley Fast Idle issue

What would cause the fast idle to stay on for a very long time. If I dont pop the hood and flip down the red lever to shut it off manually it will stay on. I have about a 45 minute drive to work...

Never seen one either....Is that pump for your washer fluid? Where does that line go to that runs out of it and across the top of the firewall.

Rip it out and see what doesn't work when you start...

Edelbrocks are easy to tune but holleys are generally better for performance. I put a holley on my z28 305 with a holley intake and it made a world of difference.

I have everything u mentioned except the SFCs. Headers to 3”inch exhaust, 3.73 posi, holley carb and intake manifold.
No smoke on decel. Ill look into seals and springs. No rush being I'm broke :)...
